About this Workshop:
Feeling overwhelmed with the technology, screens, and social media in your life? Looking for ways to manage your self/children/household when it comes to technology use? If so, this workshop is for you. In this day long workshop we explore how to cultivate wellness through healthier relationships with technology and a deeper connection to nature and self. This workshop combines different breath modalities, mindfulness practices, connection to nature, as well as tips and tools to create healthy boundaries with the technology in our lives.
Sebastian Slovin and Sonya Mohamed of Nature Unplugged team up with Linda Vazin of Breath Body Connection, combining their knowledge and expertise to bring you this unique experience.
