Weekly Challenge! Give your distracted brain a break

When we overwork, over engage, overstimulate our brains they get tired and fatigue - Just like our physical bodies. One of the easiest ways to remedy this Is to spend some time in nature. Research shows the natural environments restore and relax our minds from top-down functioning. Take a 15 minute break in nature daily (we recommend in the afternoon or evening) to refresh yourself in your mind.
