Episode 045: Gardening & Nature with Kiyonna Navarro

In this episode we explore new ways to get more green time in your daily life. Hear about our gardening successes and failures, tips to move your indoor activities outside and how to bring more nature into your home. We also have a guest interview with our good friend and gardening guru, Kiyonna Navarro, who gives us insight into her home-gardening experience and her exploration of community gardens in San Diego.
