Advocate Certification Workshop
A 90-minute certification workshop designed to equip community leaders with practical tools for digital balance. This is an introductory workshop, offered virtually or in-person.

An in-depth training helping educators and youth organizations bring digital balance and nature-based wellness into their programs. This training is more comprehensive.

Digital-Wellness Coaching

Our Program Leaders
Sebastian Slovin
Sebastian is the Executive Director of Nature Unplugged and leads the organization’s workshops, educator trainings, and coaching programs. He holds a B.A. in Environment and Natural Resource Conservation and a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and also studied at the Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla, California. Sebastian is the author of The Adventures of Enu and Ashes in the Ocean, and co-author of Experience Nature Unplugged: A Guide to Wellness in the Digital Age.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FOUNDERSonya holds a Master of Education from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. Her academic work focuses on the cognitive and social-emotional development of adolescents and young adults. As the daughter of an Egyptian immigrant, Sonya brings a deep commitment to supporting girls and underserved communities in overcoming systemic and cultural barriers.
