BIO:

Monica Stapleton is a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family therapist that has been actively involved in community volunteer work while raising her 3 kids for over a decade. She recently co-founded a non-profit organization called Disconnect Collective that aims to Provide Mental Health Support Services and Education to the community. This is done by creating a  Psychosocial Educational Parenting support group for immigrant mothers called “Pláticas de Mejorar" and by creating events and opportunities for community building and resource connections.
