“This year’s educator training has been instrumental in helping our team explore how phone use intersects with student well-being, learning, and connection. It has provided practical tools and shared language that our staff are now using to guide consistent, supportive practices.”
“I personally can’t recommend working with Sebastian enough! He truly embodied the practice of mindfulness while providing an attentive ear and calm demeanor during our sessions. Sebastian focuses on helping you realize your sense of value in what can often be a hectic and dismissive society.”
