Wildflower Trail in Rancho Sante Fe!

Nature Unplugged Community Hike / Event—July | Nature Unplugged Club hikes and events are a time to get together with old friends and make new ones. It’s a time to unplug from our devices, breathe in the fresh air and connect with the world around us. We’re committed to creating a community that values time outside, together—and that’s why we host these free, organized monthly hikes and events around San Diego.

While these hikes are offered at no cost, we do require registration. Your registration lets us know you're coming so that we can look for you at the trailhead. In advance of the hike, we'll also send you an email with helpful information including things like directions, parking tips, the weather outlook and what to bring.

ABOUT THE TRAIL

This trail begins from Fortuna Ranch Road and follows and follows part of South Alpaca Alley Trail. It features some excellent views to the west and meanders alongside Escondido Creek as it travels along Spooks Canyon Trail. The trail surface is predominately dirt, and it can get muddy after rain. In spring visitors will be treated to a lovely display of wildflowers blooming beside the trail.
